We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return or exchange an item(s). That's why we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you decide to change your mind about your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange for an item of equal value within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept exchanges for items of lower or higher prices at this time.
**Fees and Charges**
Please be aware that we do not offer free exchanges and returns. The refund does not cover the shipping charges for sending the item(s) to you or return shipping costs. Exchanges can be made for a flat fee of $15, which includes shipping and handling for both the return and exchange item(s).

**Conditions for Returns**
All merchandise must be unused, and all inserts must be intact. Returns are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to refuse your refund or exchange if your return does not meet these requirements. Please allow up to 7 business days from the delivery date for us to process your refund or exchange order.
**Rejection of Returns/Exchanges**
We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not comply with the stated conditions. If your package is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense, and a refund will not be granted. Items that appear used or worn upon inspection are not eligible for a refund. Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set. All international orders are final sale.
**Damages and Issues**
Candles should be stored in a cool, dry place, and shipping boxes should not be left unopened for longer than a few days to avoid damage. If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that slight changes in color and small imperfections in the wax are normal due to our candles being made from 100% natural ingredients. These variations will not affect the performance of your candle. For damaged products, please email wildforth.co@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged product, and an explanation of the issue. If available, your product will be replaced immediately. If your product is out of stock, we will issue a refund for your purchase.
